After finishing and see amazing results from 90 Days of the old version, I took a little well deserved break from the extreme MMA training. I stayed busy and healthy by running, swimming, yoga and watched what I ate but needed a bit of a break after 3 months of first version. When I saw this new version, I wanted to see if any reviews were online and I was suprise they said it was great and newly improved workout program. When I used this new version, it was definitely a very hard challenge but personally it it only gets up to a certain point where my body will adjust to the routines after about a month. This is certainly a program you must do if you have done the first version. It is certainly not a program that beginners should do in my opinion.
